Job description
CNA Insurance in the United States seeks an experienced claims manager to lead a team of claims professionals and drive performance on quality, service, and cycle time. You will coach staff, monitor dashboards, and partner with underwriters, SIU, and recovery teams to optimize outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least seven years of related experience, with prior management preferred and relevant certifications advantageous.
