Job description
General Maintenance Substitute - Snow Plow Driver
Potential hours: 2am - 10:30 am or 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Flexibility with hours.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Post-secondary training in a trade is desirable
Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
Meets all mandated health requirements
Documented evidence of a clear criminal record
Building maintenance experience and demonstrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry skills
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws
Available to respond to building and/or service emergencies
