ABOUT THE JOB
Provide leadership for store operations, ensuring cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. Oversee staff, maintain store cleanliness, and meet performance standards.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person
Essential Functions/Skills
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and use of calculator
Accurate monetary change handling
Verbal, written, telephone skills for taking and processing orders
Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid, precise movements
Keyboard or touch screen order entry proficiency
Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area
Capability to navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Work Conditions
Exposure To: Varying weather conditions, in‑store temperature extremes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Driving Conditions: Adverse weather, delivery, and couponing tasks.
Sensing
Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most tasks
Distinguish hot and cold surfaces
Far vision and night vision for driving
Temperament
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing Most tasks performed from a standing position. Height of work surfaces between 36" and 48".
Walking Delivery personnel must travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations; paperwork completed at a desk or table.
Lifting Bulk product deliveries loaded by hand truck; cases up to 50 lb, dimensions up to 3' × 1.5'. Cases may be stacked up to 72" high.
Carrying Items up to 30 lb (e.g., pizza sauce) and approximately 12 lb per tray of dough carried between stations.
Pushing Trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 lb force.
Climbing Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; delivery may require five or more flights of stairs.
Stooping/Bending Forward bending at pizza assembly station (~30–45 s per cycle).
Crouching/Squatting Occasional for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
Reaching Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; above 72" to control oven or change signs.
Driving Deliver pizzas within designated delivery area; multiple deliveries per shift; valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids Use of pencils/pens, computer, telephone, calculator, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customers' doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requires Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, and adherence to company standards.
