We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations at our Louisville, United States location (2400 Brownsboro Rd). In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, strong financial acumen, and the capacity to motivate and develop a diverse team toward achieving organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive business growth and profitability
Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
Manage P&L responsibilities, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality
Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards across all departments
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to make informed business decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and community partners
Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and organizational transformation
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee development and career progression
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Qualifications
Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and financial budgets
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Strong strategic planning and business development skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in time management and organizational planning
Experience with performance management systems and employee development
Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards
Ability to make decisive decisions in complex, fast-paced environments
Preferred: Experience with change management initiatives and process optimization
Preferred: Background in business analytics or performance metrics management
