Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented General Manager to lead our team at our 131 N Lincoln Dr location in Troy, United States. As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and cash control
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs and control labor costs

Collaborate with other store managers and corporate team members to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management

Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and cash handling
Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building customer loyalty
Ability to create and manage staff schedules effectively
Solid understanding of food service industry trends and best practices
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions
