Job description
Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers to lead store operations, ensuring high quality customer service, efficient inventory and cash control, adherence to company policies, and profitable daily performance.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the shift team and set an example for all employees.
Manage cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
Handle staffing, paperwork, and food management.
Work according to schedule and maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
Implement marketing efforts and ensure profitability.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain attendance & punctuality.
General Store Team Member Duties
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Qualifications & Requirements
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to navigate maps and deliver in varied terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
Physical ability to lift, carry, walk, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work in varying temperatures and in environments with food fumes, dust, and hot surfaces.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions during delivery.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F or higher in some work areas.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and moving mechanical parts.
Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand‑eye tasks, and using equipment.
Specific duties include delivering pizzas by car, distributing flyers, and handling multiple deliveries per shift.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
