Job description
Similar to Assistant Manager.
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk‑in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone and walk‑up customer orders.
Clean equipment and facility continuously.
Deliver product by car to the customer door.
Ensure food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
Ensure labor accountability and employee productivity.
Handle all cash accurately.
Coach and train all employees in all areas.
Maintain a clean and professionally run store.
