Overview
The General Manager is responsible for overall store operations, leading the team, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store performance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including cost control, inventory control, and cash management.
Maintain positive customer relations and ensure a high level of service.
Lead and motivate a team of 3–30 employees; oversee scheduling, performance, and training.
Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
Maintain a clean driving record, pass a Motor Vehicle Record check, and provide a reliable, insured vehicle with a valid driver's license.
Serve as a role model by being on time, presenting a professional appearance, and upholding company standards.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team and managing staff during shifts.
Strong motivational skills and positive attitude toward creating a great workplace.
Clean driving record and reliable vehicle that is insured.
Professionalism in appearance and behavior.
