Plans, directs & coordinates the daily assignments and operations of Dominos Restaurant and staff in Hyannis, Cape Cod, MA.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Dominos Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages.
Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving, and cleaning methods.
Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, maintain food and equipment inventory, keep inventory records.
Handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service or other, count monies and make deposits.
Schedule staff hours, train and motivate a quality team.
Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new or existing staff.
Prepare employee review and performance reports.
Plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions.
Qualifications
Associate Degree in Business, Management or related field and knowledge of service administration principles in coordination of people & resources; ability to lead independently, communicate information effectively.
Full-time position, Forty (40) hours per week.
Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges, working within a high‑stress environment; honest and ethical; ability to work with others within a team environment; careful attention to detail & completion of tasks; reliable and dependable.
