Job Overview
Lead and manage a Domino's Pizza store, ensuring high standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Manage staffing, scheduling, and crew performance.
Maintain cost controls, inventory, and cash management.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Set a positive example and uphold the store’s standards of service and appearance.
Handle customer relations, marketing initiatives, and profitability objectives.
Oversee food management, store cleanliness, and overall operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
Proficiency in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
Previous management experience is a plus.
