About the Job

Domino's Pizza is looking for a General Manager to lead store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, financial control, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Handle marketing activities, store profitability, and adherence to brand standards.

Maintain operational equipment and ensure all equipment is used safely.

Conduct inventory checks, prepare paperwork, and maintain records.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Basic math abilities: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and handle cash accurately.

Proficiency in using computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry.

Previous experience in retail or food service operations preferably as a General Manager.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, if driving duties are required.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands

Standing and walking for extended periods.

Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.

Manual handling of equipment, ingredients, and trays.

Ability to navigate stairs and work in varying temperatures.
