We offer paid training and a Management Development Program that prepares assistant managers for success. Our program includes on‑site training, certification, and pathways to franchise ownership for managers who have successfully led a Domino’s Pizza store for at least a year.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures at 100% adherence.
Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Maintain a perfect store image, high customer service standards, and punctual attendance.
Qualifications:
Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and multitask effectively.
Strong judgment, math skills, and team leadership abilities.
Advancement opportunities include progression to general manager, franchise ownership, or corporate operations roles.
