Duties & Responsibilities:
General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Perform all the duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers.
Manage 3–15 employees during the shift.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
What are we looking for?
Experience leading a team of 3–15 staff during shifts; positive attitude and great motivation.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Reliable, insured vehicle and safe, responsible driving.
Be a great role model and leader—punctual and positive in interactions with customers and co‑workers.
At least 18 years old.
