ABOUT THE JOB
As a General Manager you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring policy compliance, customer service excellence and financial performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, cost controls and cash handling.
Maintain high standards of customer relations, cleanliness and safety.
Lead and develop team members, set an example and enforce company procedures.
Handle payroll, reporting, marketing activities and profitability objectives.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES FOR ALL STORE TEAM MEMBERS
Operate all store equipment.
Stock and manage ingredients.
Prepare product and process orders.
Maintain inventory and complete paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility regularly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS
Basic math and cash handling.
Verbal and written communication.
Computer and touchscreen operation.
Navigation and delivery logistics.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing and pulling trays.
Using hands, eyes and fingers for rapid, precise movements.
Driving within designated area with valid license and vehicle.
WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to temperature variations, food odor, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, electrical and mechanical hazards.
Adverse weather when delivering.
