Job Overview
Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 annually. The position is also eligible for performance‑based bonus rewards. Work hours are 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Benefits: comprehensive medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401(k) with match, Employee Assistance Program, and an Employee Relief Fund. Family Bonding Leave up to 12 weeks for General Managers and Assistant Managers, with immediate eligibility upon hire. Career growth opportunities across an estimated 1,000 new locations planned across North America. Bonus plan focused on food safety, financial success and customer experience. Every team member working during the two secret shop shifts each week is eligible.
