ABOUT THE JOB
Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers. You'll need skills in judgment, math, and multitasking. The company offers a fun and flexible work environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
As a Manager you are accountable for directing a team to properly execute the entire task that goes into successfully serving our customers. Your responsibilities include:
Managing all costs.
Providing excellent customer service.
Ensuring a safe and secure workplace.
Maintaining effective communication skills.
Enforcing policies and procedures at all times.
Recruiting and hiring exceptional team members.
Growing the company through sales building efforts.
ADVANCEMENT
Many of our team members began as delivery drivers and now become successful franchise owners. Advancement from assistant manager to General Manager, franchisee, or district manager is possible.
