Wage Rates and Benefits
The General Manager position starts at minimum wage and raises are given upon completion of training evaluations completed by team member and manager. This ranges from $16.80-$20.36. Monthly bonuses are offered if criteria and responsibilities are met- they are not guaranteed.
Newly Hired GM’s will qualify for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance upon their hire date and those benefits are available for employees to use after 60 days of employment.
We abide by OR State requirements for sick pay.
