About the Job
Wage Rates & Benefits: The General Manager position starts at a minimum wage ranging from $15.95 to $20.01. Monthly bonuses are offered if criteria and responsibilities are met, but are not guaranteed.
Newly hired GM’s will qualify for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance at hire date, with benefits usable after 60 days of employment.
We abide by Oregon State requirements for sick pay.
Job Requirements and Duties
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Staffing and crew management
Paperwork and reporting
Cost controls and profitability oversight
Cash control and financial reconciliation
Food management and quality assurance
Adherence to standards and store cleanliness
Great customer service
Attendance and punctuality
Transportation to and from work
Marketing and promotion activities
Required Experience
General Manager candidates may be offered the position with no prior pizza experience, but prior experience is preferred. Candidates must complete all Manager in Training evaluations before becoming a store manager.
Essential Functions / Skills
Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
Accurate monetary change handling.
Verbal, written and telephone communication skills for order processing.
Motor coordination: rapid, accurate hand movements to prepare food.
Computer keyboard and touch‑screen proficiency for order entry.
Navigational skills to locate addresses within delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes while carrying product.
Proficient in customer interaction across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks, walking on tile and linoleum surfaces.
Walking to delivery vehicle and customer locations.
Lifting loads up to 50 pounds (e.g., cases of ingredients).
Carrying items up to 30 pounds (e.g., pizza sauce).
Pushing/pulling dollies with up to 7.5 pounds of force.
Standing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting as required during food preparation.
