Overview
Responsibilities: Manage Store Operations and Drive Results — including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality; recruit, develop, and retain staff team members; manage food safety and team member safety; provide best in class customer service; increase sales and profit potential.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
Customer service experience (required)
Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
Valid driver's license (required)
High school education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
