Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Salmon, Idaho
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Monthly Bonuses

WOW 1st, Inc is a veteran-owned and locally operated Domino’s franchise based in Southeast Idaho and Western Wyoming. We are passionate about pizza, people, and building strong local teams that win on service, operations, and teamwork. As a growing organization with multiple high-volume locations, we’re looking for motivated leaders who are ready to run the show and grow with us.
As the General Manager of our Salmon, ID location, you will be responsible for leading a fast-paced, high-volume store in one of the most scenic mountain towns in the country. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, manage inventory and costs, and deliver exceptional service every single shift.
This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys mentoring others, and isn’t afraid to hustle alongside their crew.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Drivers, and CSRs
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy
Monitor and improve store performance and profitability
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with Domino’s brand standards
Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
Promote a positive and energetic store culture
Qualifications
Proven track record managing labor, food cost, and service metrics
Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Willingness to lead by example and work hands‑on in the store
