We are looking for a General Manager to lead our Domino's Pizza store. This role requires strong leadership, judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask in a fun and flexible environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Accountable for directing a team to execute tasks that serve our customers successfully.
Meet and exceed business goals.
Manage all costs.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a safe and secure workplace.
Ensure effective communication skills.
Enforce policies and procedures at all times.
Recruit and hire exceptional team members.
Grow the company through sales building efforts.
Advancement
