Starts at minimum wage; raises after training evaluations.
Range: $14.70-$18.76 (Southern Oregon).
Monthly bonuses offered, not guaranteed.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all store operations during shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Enforce company policies and procedures 100% of the time and set an example for the crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, serve to schedule, maintain store appearance and standards, provide excellent customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, manage transportation to/from work, keep store clean, handle marketing, and maintain profitability.
General Job Duties for All Store Team Members:
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training: Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Ability to interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races.
Essential Functions / Skills:
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements at speed.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.
Physical & Work Conditions:
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash, delivering product, or performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters.
Contact with hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Potential contact with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Must meet physical requirements including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, and use of machines, tools, equipment.
