Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
We offer paid training through our unique Management Development Program. This program provides expert instruction for candidates with limited experience and allows experienced managers to advance at their own pace.
Eligible store managers may apply for franchising opportunities after successfully managing a store for at least one year. Many of our team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership, corporate management, or other leadership roles.
Compensation includes an industry‑competitive salary with performance‑based wage increases and occasional incentives tied to store profitability.
Qualifications:
Minimum age 18 years
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Preferred: prior management experience
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the store during shifts, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures at 100% adherence
Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, and marketing initiatives
Maintain a perfect image and uphold service standards to achieve profitability
Manage attendance and punctuality, and supervise transportation to/from work when necessary
Foster a high‑performing team environment that prioritizes teamwork and customer service excellence
