Job description
General Manager 1 Kitchen – 1 Hotels
Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional culinary experience.
Collaborate closely with front‑of‑house leaders to ensure seamless service.
Monitor kitchen operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Serve as a people magnet, anticipate obstacles, and find quick solutions.
Get in the trenches with the team to achieve the ultimate outcome.
Qualifications
Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment.
Minimum 5 years leading a food & beverage team.
Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
Expert in food & beverage operations, strong leadership and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
