What You Will Be Doing
Manage daily operations of a single restaurant (10‑45 employees) to ensure guest satisfaction, increased sales, profitability, and employee retention.
Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance across all shifts.
Work long and irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed for proper restaurant functioning.
Report to a District Manager, directly managing Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
Interact with restaurant team members, management, District Managers, customers, field operations and outside vendors.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
Complete all internal certification programs.
1‑2 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
Ability to prioritize and organize work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
