Job Description
We are seeking Assistant Managers and General Managers in Training for Domino’s Pizza franchise stores. Experience is a plus but not required; the ideal candidate brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and service of the store.
Ensure hot & fresh food is delivered on time and customers receive excellent service.
Maintain company policies and procedures at all times.
Provide fast & accurate service and exceptional customer service.
Apply math and management skills to support operations.
Resolve conflicts, make smart decisions, and maintain professionalism.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years old.
Must pass a background check.
Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve conflict and make decisions.
Strong math skills.
