About the Job
Store General Managers for the Rantoul location.
Job Requirements and Duties
Responsible for everything during shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations.
Follow all policy and procedures, set example for crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, image and standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
General Job Duties for All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Essential Functions/Skills
Arithmetic skills for quick calculations.
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone communication to handle orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands for fast, accurate movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
Work Conditions
Varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperature ranges from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
Sudden temperature changes, hot surfaces/tools, moving mechanical parts, fumes, and cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking throughout the day.
Lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying large items (e.g., 3 lb cans, 30 lb sauce).
Pushing, pulling, and moving trays on dollies.
Climbing stairs or ladders, including up to five flights of stairs during deliveries.
Forward bending, kneeling, reaching, and crouching as required.
Driving required for deliveries within the designated area.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver pizzas and related items by car to customers.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and an insured vehicle.
