Responsibilities
Oversee all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Staffing, scheduling and paperwork management.
Maintain food management, store cleanliness and the “perfect image” in accordance with standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service, attendance and punctuality, and ensure marketing and profitability objectives are met.
Coordinate delivery operations and maintain safe driving standards.
Qualifications
Basic operating knowledge of store equipment and ability to stock ingredients and prepare products.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, including the ability to process orders over the phone and in person.
Mathematical proficiency – add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Computer literacy – enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
Physical Demands & Work Conditions
Standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lb. Frequent manual handling of items such as canisters, pizza sauce, dough trays, and supplies.
May require climbing stairs, ladders, and navigating uneven outdoor terrain while delivering orders.
Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature extremes, fumes from food, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces (up to 500 °F), and moving mechanical parts.
Requires eye‑hand coordination, reaching (up to 72 in.), and the ability to manipulate food‑service tools (pizza peel, cutter, rolling knife).
Work schedule may require flexibility, including evening or weekend shifts.
