Job description
Movement Search and Delivery is recruiting a General Manager for a Federally Protected Foundry in New Hartford, NY. The GM will lead safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability while driving data-driven improvement and strategic plant turnaround initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in aerospace manufacturing and strong experience with investment casting and jet engine OEM requirements. Strong union leadership is essential.
