POSITION OVERVIEW
As Director/General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated administrative team focused on acquiring new home care clients, recruiting and retaining Care Professionals, optimizing scheduling, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
This position reports directly to the company President and is ideal for a proven leader who enjoys building teams, driving results, and taking ownership of business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and exceed monthly sales, service growth, and profitability goals.
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing administrative team.
Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable for results.
Drive business development and new client acquisition.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Oversee caregiver recruitment, retention, and scheduling performance.
Manage labor and operating expenses to achieve profitability targets.
Assist in developing annual budgets, pricing strategies, and growth plans.
Analyze business and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Step into various operational roles when needed to support the team and our clients.
Represent Home Instead professionally throughout the community.

SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
In-person leadership position
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of sales and leadership experience, preferably in business operations or a service-based industry.
Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant management, or similar industries is strongly encouraged .
Proven ability to achieve sales goals and drive profitable growth.
Demonstrated success building, coaching, and holding teams accountable.
Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets and operating expenses.
Ability to analyze market conditions and contribute to pricing and strategic planning.
Healthcare or home care experience is helpful but not required .
