Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
The General Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant team with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and team development. This role sets the standard for professionalism, positivity, and performance while ensuring the restaurant consistently meets company expectations for quality, service, and cleanliness.
The General Manager oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, builds and develops a high‑performing team, and creates an environment where guests and staff feel valued and supported. Empowered to make decisions that drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and overall business success.
