Healthcare Arizona, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is an air-conditioned 650,000sq feet manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona. We manufactureadvanced memory foam mattressesthathelp you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.
Job Summary:
the General Manager Assistant must be fluent in Mandarin; this position will provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Salary Range:
$63,000-$80,000 annual salary
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Preparing and distributing reports and presentations
Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting
Coordinating meetings and events
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Skills:
Fluent in Mandarin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in administrative support
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
2+ years of experience in administrative support
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
