Located in the Gilroy Auto Mall and serving the South Bay Area, Gilroy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all dealership operations.

What You'll Do
Lead all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance
Drive profitability and departmental performance
Recruit, train, and develop department leadership
Analyze financial statements and operational reports
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and manufacturers
Develop marketing and merchandising strategies
Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of dealership General Manager or General Sales Manager experience required
Automotive dealership leadership experience required
Strong financial and operational management skills
Proven record of driving profitability and growth
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Local candidates strongly preferred
Valid driver's license required
Must pass background and drug screening
