Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to achieve high performance and morale.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and meet financial goals, including labor and inventory management.
Guest Experience: Promote a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Marketing and Community Engagement: Implement marketing initiatives and build relationships within the community to promote the brand.

Qualifications:
