Job description
We’re partnered with an exciting hospitality group with locations across the multiple States with different concepts. We are working with them to help find a strong General Manager to overlook one of their elevated dining concepts in Atlants!
This is a unique opportunity to lead upscale dining and elevated cocktails to a lively restaurant. You’ll oversee the teams, operations, and overall guest experience across the property, making sure each concept feels unique while maintaining a consistently high level of hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead day-to-day operations across restaurant
Oversee and develop a large, diverse hospitality team
Drive guest experience, service standards, and overall performance
Manage scheduling, labor, financials, inventory, and operational controls
Work closely with culinary and beverage leadership
Maintain consistency while allowing each concept to have its own identity
Drive sales, profitability, and guest loyalty across the property
What We’re Looking For
Strong General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experience
Experience managing high-volume, full-service hospitality operations
Strong financial and operational understanding
Excellent people leadership and coaching skills
Confident, energetic presence with a genuine passion for hospitality
