We are looking for an ambitious General Manager to lead our Canton Club, inspire a relentless team, and drive massive sales growth. Job Summary
The General Manager is fully responsible for the overall success and profitability of our Canton Club. You will lead front-of-house operations, drive membership sales, coach team members, manage financial performance, and ensure every member receives a world-class experience. This role demands an owner-operator mentality with strong sales mastery and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Membership & Revenue Sales: Lead from the front by closing new sales, handling prospect consultations, and coaching the sales team to consistently crush monthly targets
Team Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, train, mentor, and accountability-manage club staff to build a positive, high-performing culture aligned with X3 core values
Financial & P&L Oversight: Take complete ownership of the club budget, manage expenses, analyze sales data, and drive bottom-line profitability
Operational Excellence: Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily execution across all front-desk and class operations
Hero-Centric Member Experience: Deliver elite customer service, build strong community engagement, resolve member issues, and foster long-term retention
What We Look For
3+ years of management experience in fitness (preferred), retail, hospitality, or active lifestyle brands
2+ years of proven sales leadership with a track record of exceeding revenue goalsDemonstrated experience in budget oversight and full P&L management
Proficiency with fitness CRM platforms, POS software, and performance reporting
Flexible availability including evenings and Saturdays to support club operations
High emotional intelligence, persuasive communication, and a passionate work ethic
