Tiny Boxwoods Austin is looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead one of Austin's favorite neighborhood gathering places.

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest experience, team development, financial performance, food quality, and day-to-day execution. You'll build strong teams, create memorable guest experiences, and help shape the future of our restaurant while preserving the warm hospitality that defines the Tiny Boxwoods brand.

Company Description

Tiny Boxwoods Productions began with a single restaurant opened in 2007 inside the Thompson + Hanson nursery in Houston's River Oaks neighborhood and has since grown into a multi-concept hospitality group. The company now operates several restaurants and the Tiny's Milk & Cookies concept, a walk-up bakery, ice cream, and coffee shop known for its from-scratch pastries and signature chocolate chip cookie. Operations have expanded across Houston and Austin, supported by a Home Bakery in Bellaire, TX that anchors the company’s baked goods program. Tiny Boxwoods Productions also manages farming operations in La Grange, TX to support fresh, high-quality ingredients. Across all locations and concepts, the company is committed to maintaining quality at the heart of every aspect of its business.

Location: Austin, TX

What You'll Bring

3+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment

Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and COGS

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences

TABC Certification and Food Protection Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak service periods.
