Job description
Bonnell's Collision Center in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a General Manager to oversee multiple departments and drive center profitability. You will lead estimators, services and parts, auto body technicians, painters, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
You will forecast goals, manage P&L, budgets, staffing, training, and vendor relationships, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service to maximize repeat and referral business.
