Job description
Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead our Syracuse area store with a focus on driving sales, developing the team, and delivering outstanding customer service.
The role requires deep knowledge of automotive parts, store systems, and the ability to mentor staff, manage schedules, and uphold safety and operational standards. Expect a demanding workload with 50–55 hours weekly, including some nights and weekends.
