Take the next step from installer to leader.
We are a family-owned automotive glass company in Houston looking for an experienced automotive glass professional who is ready to take on a General Manager leadership role and help us grow.
This is more than an installer position. We’re looking for someone who understands automotive glass installation firsthand and can use that experience to lead a team, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high quality standards, and help build a growing glass business.
If you have strong automotive glass installation experience and are ready for an opportunity with leadership responsibility, stability, excellent benefits, and long-term growth potential , we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for helping oversee the daily operations of our automotive glass installation business while providing hands‑on expertise when needed.
You'll:
Lead and manage the automotive glass installation team
Oversee daily scheduling, workflow, and installation operations
Ensure installations meet company safety and quality standards
Provide hands‑on installation support when needed
Help train, mentor, and develop automotive glass installers
Ensure proper installation procedures, adhesives, tools, and techniques are being followed
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow the business
Work directly with ownership as a key member of the company's leadership team

We're looking for someone who knows the industry and understands what it takes to complete a quality installation—not simply someone with general management experience.

Strong knowledge of windshield, door glass, and back glass replacement
Leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
Experience with both mobile and in‑shop automotive glass operations
ADAS calibration knowledge or experience is a plus

Ability to lead and hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive work environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

We believe experienced employees should have a place where they can build a career—not just another job.
We offer:
Competitive pay based on experience
Guaranteed 40‑hour work week
Employer‑paid medical insurance
401(k) with profit sharing
Paid vacation
Dental and vision FLEX plans available
Stable, long‑term employment
