Job description
Einstein Bros. Bagels in Houston, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant performance, guest experience, and daily operations. You will own the P&L, coach a diverse team, and drive sales while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to develop front- and back-of-house talent. You will report to the District Manager and champion Bagel Brands' standards and guest obsession.
