This includes oversight of staffing, leasing, marketing, maintenance, financial management, and resident experience. This role is accountable for delivering strong operational results, driving NOI, and leading a high-performing team.What You’ll DoLeadership & Team DevelopmentHire, train, coach, and develop all community team membersLead team scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levelsAddress performance, attendance, and development opportunities proactivelyFoster a high-performance, accountable team cultureOperations & Property ManagementOversee all day-to-day property operations across departmentsConduct regular inspections of units, common areas, and amenitiesEnsure property standards are maintained and enhancedCoordinate unit turns to meet move-in deadlinesLeasing, Marketing & Resident ExperienceSupport leasing efforts, tours, and sales activities as neededMaintain strong leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goalsBuild relationships with campus partners and local organizationsOversee resident relations, conflict resolution, and lease complianceLead resident engagement programming and community eventsFinancial Performance & ComplianceManage property budget, expenses, and financial performance to maximize NOIMonitor resident accounts for accuracy, collections, and timelinessEnsure adherence to internal financial controls and company policiesIdentify opportunities for operational and financial improvementsCommunity & External RelationsDevelop partnerships with universities and local organizationsLead outreach marketing initiatives in the surrounding communityRepresent B.HOM professionally with residents, clients, and stakeholdersAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned to support the success of the communityWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong leadership and team management experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong customer service and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systemsUnderstanding of student housing operations and campus environmentsAbility to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframePreferred QualificationsExperience in student housing or multifamily property managementFamiliarity with property management systems such as EntrataWork SchedulePrimarily Monday–FridayExtended hours, evenings, and weekends required based on business needsPhysical RequirementsAbility to move throughout the property and conduct inspectionsFrequent use of a computer and office equipmentAbility to communicate effectively in person, phone, and written formatsOccasionally lift up to 30 lbs.Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight as neededWhy Join B.HOM?Competitive compensation + performance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company match12-weeks of Paid Parental LeaveCompany Paid Sabbatical Leave12 company-paid holidaysBirthday holidayPaid Time Off — Starting at 120 hours per yearSick and safe timeShort and long-term disability insurancePet insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organizationA people-first culture focused on development and successB.HOM is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
