Job description
Allmetal, Inc. seeks General Manager – Deliver complete engineered packages that meets the needs of our customers; Work with sales team and customers to engineer, design, analyze, test, develop and oversee the manufacture of stainless, aluminum and painted products; Oversee day-to-day operations of the business; Ensure quality to continuously improve products and services; Develop solutions to complex problems while maintaining the integrity of the product; Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and profits; Develop operational policies and manage budgets to optimize expenses; Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance; Support all stages of projects lifecycle; Maintain regulatory compliance and standards using positive reinforcements for adherence of all health and safety regulations; Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally; Oversee recruitment and training of new employees; Direct the employee assessment process; Manage direct reports, oversee performance, provide guidance, support, and development needs, strengthening the relationship for mutual success; Provide solutions to issues including profit decline, employee conflicts, change in business demand; and Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in product design/development or 3 years of experience in the job offered or in product design/development. Experience with: Rollforming production; CAD; QMS; Kaizen; Developing production equipment ; and Overseeing the installation and financing of new systems or equipment.
Salary: $103,334-140,000/year.
Domestic travel required under 5% of the time.
