What You’ll Do
Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Leading and mentoring a diverse team to achieve their full potential.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
Managing budgets, inventory, and resources to meet organizational goals.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Building strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
