General Manager Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager in a comparable restaurant environment
Experience managing a $5-7M+ annual sales volume
Hands-on, adaptable leadership style
Strong communication and team-building skills
Ability to manage labor, costs, and overall financial performance
Passion for hospitality and creating a positive guest and employee experience
