Job Title: General Manager
Location: Boston, MA Area
General Manager — Restaurant Operations
We are hiring a General Manager for our Boston, MA team. This role leads daily operations, builds a high-performing team, and delivers a consistently great guest experience while driving strong financial results.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day restaurant performance: service, quality, cleanliness, and safety
Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team; set clear expectations and accountability
Manage scheduling, labor planning, inventory, and cost controls
Drive guest satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Execute operational standards and partner with leadership to improve performance
Qualifications
Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (restaurant management preferred)
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
Working knowledge of P&L, labor, and inventory (or ability to learn quickly)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the floor as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role and work around food allergens
