Job description
Off The Hook Restaurants in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold quality standards, and drive sales and profitability through strong people leadership and customer service.
You will coach staff, manage budgets, maintain health and safety compliance, and build community relationships to promote the brand. Experience in quick-service Cajun concepts is a plus.
