We are partnering with a well-established, high-volume restaurant group in Cambridge to hire an experienced GeneralManager to lead a unique all-day concept combining a bustling café with a full-service lunch and dinner restaurant. And unlike many GM opportunities in hospitality, this role offers a schedule designed to provide some consistency:

This is an opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who enjoys being on the floor, building strong teams, creating a great guest experience, and managing the details behind a successful operation.
The environment is fast-paced but highly stable, with a long-tenured management team and a strong emphasis on hospitality, quality, consistency, and culture.
PreviousGeneralManagerexperienceisrequired. We are looking for someone who has already successfully led a full-service restaurant and wants to find a long-term home where they can make an impact.
WhatYou’llDo
As General Manager, you will have ownership of the day-to-day operation while leading and developing the restaurant's management and front-of-house teams.

Overseeorderingandsupportinventoryandoperationalcontrols
Managereservations,privateevents,andthird-partytakeout/deliveryoperations
Monitorstaffinglevelsandadjustoperationsbasedondailyandseasonalvolume
Partnerwithownershipandoperationsleadershiponsalesgoalsandbusinessperformance
