What You’ll Do (aka your GM superpowers)
Be the fearless leader of the FOH & BOH crew, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, coaching, the whole shebang
Keep service standards sky-high and guest experiences legendary
Manage labor, food, beverage, and expenses like a financial wizard
Jump into marketing, advertising, and community partnerships that get butts in seats (and slices in hands)
Own inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships, no surprises on your watch
Keep the restaurant safe, secure, and health-code compliant (because no one likes a citation)
Maintain the restaurant like your own, clean, functional, and always guest-ready
Collaborate with HR on staffing, benefits, and team development (yep, you’ll be a people whisperer too)
Mentor and grow your managers, because leaders don’t just lead, they build more leaders
Schedule & Expectations
High-volume, high-energy environment (bring your A-game every day)
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and hustle through 8–12 hour shifts
Flexible availability, because restaurants don’t take nights, weekends, or holidays off
What We’re Looking For
At least 1–2 years of full-service management experience (bonus if it’s pizza, but we’ll take all-star talent from anywhere)
Guest-obsessed, service-driven leader who thrives under pressure
Tech-savvy with systems like Aloha/NCR, R365, Google Suite, and OpenTable
Financially sharp; you know how to read a report and make the right moves
High-energy, resilient, and ready to take on the challenge of running a restaurant
