Job description
WhiteWater Express in Battle Creek is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy car wash location, drive revenue growth, and foster a high-performing team.
You will lead staff development, ensure safety and service standards, manage payroll and scheduling, and enhance guest experience, with a base salary of $50k–$55k plus up to $17.5k in bonuses. This role requires 1–3 years of management experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
